We love to see people with fast new PCs as much as the next guy, but we won't sacrifice our integrity to do it. We have access to parts to repair your PC or, in some cases, Apple, computer and keep it running smoothly without replacing it entirely. Whether your machine was struck by lightning, isn't starting properly or just seems to be running terribly, we can get you back up and running again as quickly as possible without charging you so much that it breaks your bank and we won't pressure you to buy a new computer instead of keeping what's working for you already going strong.

Unlike large chain stores and other Computer Shops, you don't see our systems in the sunday paper on sale or in the background of your favorite sitcoms. Where do you see them? In a lot of your local schools, businesses, and homes. We don't push our systems because we don't have to. We're a service company and as such, we see what mistakes our customers have made and what would make our job easier and their maintenance cheaper. Our main business isn't selling computers to everyone or fixing PC's, it's finding the best way to do what the customer is trying to accomplish. With literally truckloads of custom computers all around the area, we know what works, what doesn't, and what will do what you want for the best price. Our equipment is business class, not the bottom of the barrel systems and equipment you find at the large chain stores. You can have the same reliable, long lasting business class hardware at home that many companies rely on to keep them running every day.

If you want to know what kind of hardware we can price for you, we're happy to do that for you and see what kind of performance will do what you need. If not, we're more than happy to keep fixing that saturday 6 am sale chain store special for years to come to keep you going. The parts for our systems are hand picked from every option out there from experience by the guys that have to work with them, on them, support them, and answer to a customer that isn't happy. Does your PC builder know that certain brands of hard drives have up to a 10% failure rate? Which motherboards will fail within a year and a half and which on-board video chipsets have terrible performance and which are great for literally pennies more? Do most even know what a chipset is? We do, it's our job to know. Do they know which printers are most likely to break and what's most likely to fail on which model? Do they build and service the equipment used by your employer, the schools your children go to, your friends around town? Do they use the same equipment they sell? Probably not.

Spyware, Virus, Malware, Adware Removal and PC Cleaning

When it comes to removing unwanted software running all over your system, we're the real pros. Others will clean out the advertisements you see on the surface just to have the infection back in a month. We remove all underlying infections and software that connect to the internet and download more. We'll give you a heads up as to which programs you have that are letting the problems in and what to do about it. If it's not a simple cleaning job, we'll let you know up front that we need to clean the computer completely out and ask what you need backed up and what data is valuable. We'll get your ok and reload everything and put back all the data we backed up. We'll do our best to get your machine running as fast and reliably as it ever did and sometimes even better. No surprise bills here, we'll give you a quick verbal estimate when you drop it off, and we'll call if the situation changes. When it comes to antivirus we know which brands are cleaning your computer and which are cleaning your wallet. We recommend and use AVG Anti-Virus and will even remove your old, outdated, unreliable anti-virus and install a fresh new copy that doesn't bog your system down or charge you for updates. Plus, you can have a copy loaded on your computer when it's picked up and pay for it when your repair is completed. No registration forms, no hitting a third party with a credit card number, no sending your information over the internet. AVG comes in 1 or 2 year registrations so you can budget what works for you.
